Monday, February 14, 2022, Parliamentarians, Management and Staff of the Parliamentary Service collaborated with organizations such as the International Organisation of Migrants, AMICAAL, and Save the Children in the execution of the SADC PF SRHR HIV/AIDS governance project. Coincidentally, the celebration took place in Parliament on Valentine’s Day and was themed, “LOVE HEALS”.

As per Parliament’s core mandate which is, Representation, Legislation and Oversight, Presiding Officers applauded this initiative with the Partners involved and emphasised that the project outcome on “SRHR KNOWS NO BOARDERS” should be promoted by enhancing access to medicine, promotion of love and peace, and stopping gender based violence through the enactment of relevant Policies and Laws. Parliament affirmed more interventions in all constituencies along and beyond our borders, as SRHR knows no borders.
